  • I really enjoy prasanna’s yoga classes! She is a great teacher who is always giving modifications and also personal recommendations. It always surprises me how she manages to pay attention to all her students and provide feedback to adjust our positions. While the classes can be challenging she builds you up to the challenging parts with her breath work and warm up portions of the classes. Her manner is gentle and encouraging and she has variations for different levels. I have even used her breath work in the real world to help with stressful situations! I always feel so good after every single class.”
